Globe's medium duty slicer is specifically designed for moderate volume operations slicing up to 2 hours per day. This compact manual slicer has a proven track record of being a solid performer without sacrificing valuable workspace. The slicer features a powerful 1/4 HP motor and gear driven knife that provides higher torque for slicing tough product like cheese. All food contact areas and removable receiving tray are stainless steel, which improves sanitation and eases cleaning. The knife cover interlock and permanently attached knife ring guard improves operator safety during cleaning.
